Lucy and Ross' wedding was a day to remember. It all started with blue skies and sunshine, putting the stunning Longview on full display. Suddenly, 30 minutes till showtime, the sky opened up and unleashed a major storm. I'm talking buckets of rainfall, thunder, the works. Thinking quickly on their feet, Bonnie (florist) and the venue staff swiftly transformed the already set up Reception room into an indoor Ceremony space. I was amazed at how flexible and accommodating they were when they carefully reversed the entire process when the downpour shifted and the sun made its appearance again moments later. Despite the hassle, I'm so grateful that they did because the couple got to say "I do" overlooking the vineyards and hills, a view worth millions. As Lucy and Ross took some time for themselves during our golden hour session later that evening, Daniel (videographer) and I were giddy at the sight of a rainbow painted on the darkening sky above them.
